Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and skilled M&A Financial Analyst to become a vital part of our expanding team at Miracle Property Group. As an M&A Financial Analyst, you will be instrumental in the execution of intricate M&A transactions by delivering financial assessments, constructing financial models, performing valuation analysis, and executing due diligence and advisory services in a dynamic and collaborative setting.

Your role will encompass support and involvement in all facets of our M&A, corporate real estate, and client investment initiatives, which include deal origination, structuring, managing the deal pipeline, and fostering business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of M&A transactions from inception to closure, ensuring timely and precise completion of all deliverables.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including financial modeling, valuations, forecasts, and comparative company assessments.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to perform due diligence, which includes reviewing financial documents, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends.
  • Prepare investment tear sheets, Confidential Information Memorandums, and other essential documentation for stakeholders.
  • Create deal rooms and facilitate all functions to coordinate and review due diligence materials.
  • Identify deal breakers, issues, and integration challenges, and propose solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze industry and market trends to uncover potential M&A opportunities.
  • Engage in meetings, conference calls, and presentations with clients, investors, and senior professionals.
  • Manage deal and data processes, including updating and utilizing database/deal management software.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a comparable role with transaction experience in executing financial and operational diligence in M&A transactions and commercial real estate.
  • Commitment to working extended hours and embracing significant responsibilities.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and analytical reasoning.
  • Solid grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and articulate communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capacity to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player who can adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
