Your role will encompass supporting and engaging in all facets of our M&A, corporate real estate, and client investment initiatives, which include deal origination, structuring, managing the deal pipeline, and fostering business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of M&A transactions from initiation to completion, ensuring deliverables are met in a timely and precise manner.
  • Perform in-depth financial analyses, including modeling, valuations, forecasts, and comparative company assessments.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external teams to conduct due diligence, reviewing financial documents, performing market research, and analyzing industry dynamics.
  • Develop investment tear sheets, Confidential Information Memorandums, and other essential documentation for stakeholders.
  • Establish deal rooms and coordinate the review of due diligence materials across functions.
  • Identify and address deal impediments, challenges, and integration issues.
  • Monitor industry and market trends to uncover potential M&A opportunities.
  • Engage in meetings, conference calls, and presentations with clients, investors, and senior management.
  • Manage deal and data processes, including maintaining and utilizing database and deal management software.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, real estate, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a similar field, with a focus on M&A transactions and commercial real estate.
  • A strong commitment to working extended hours and embracing significant responsibilities.
  • Proficient financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
  • A solid grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance fundamentals.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • A collaborative team player who can adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A strong work ethic and self-motivation, showcasing a proactive approach to problem-solving.
