Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and coordination of the program, ensuring that daily activities, schedules, and staff training are implemented effectively.
  • Monitor and evaluate program goals, objectives, and outcomes, including the quality and quantity of services provided.
  • Ensure compliance with contract, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise and train shelter workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree from a recognized accrediting agency.
  • Over two years of experience in human services, with a minimum of one year in administrative or supervisory roles.
  • Experience working with children, knowledge of child development, and understanding of domestic violence and its effects on children.
  • Knowledge of area of program concentration.
  • Valid Hawaii driver's license and a clear driver's abstract.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Residential experience.
  • Behavioral Management certification.
