Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Lead the tax compliance function, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of tax returns and other tax-related documents.
  • Manage tax risks, including identifying and mitigating potential tax exposures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.
  • Provide tax advisory services to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in tax, with a strong background in international tax.
  • Expert knowledge of ASC 740 (Income Tax Accounting) and other relevant tax regulations.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective tax strategies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
