We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Premier Float Pool team at Grandview Medical Center. As a Premier Float Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple areas of the hospital, providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring seamless patient care.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promote patients' independence by teaching them and their families about self-care skills and medication management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An associate's degree in Nursing and an active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the healthcare industry.
