Join Our Team as a Premier Float Pool RN

At Grandview Medical Center, we believe in the power of great people and team culture to create exceptional care. We're looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Premier Float Pool team, working weekend nights at our 434-bed regional referral center and tertiary-care facility.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans.
  • Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, utilizing your expertise to ensure seamless care.
  • Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of your registered nurse practice.
  • Promote patients' independence by teaching them and their families about conditions, medications, and self-care skills.

Requirements:

  • An active, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field is highly preferred.
