Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at TGI Fridays. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including marketing, human resources, and inventory management.
- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as human resources and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
- 4-year college degree in hospitality, business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a full-service restaurant, preferably in a management role.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and sanitation.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Assessing and Selecting Talent: Identify and evaluate talent within the restaurant to select individuals who exhibit pride, passion, and personality.
- Coaching for Performance: Provide ongoing guidance and direction to help team members reach their full potential.
- Leads and Inspires Others: Set the example for the team by living the TGI Fridays Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Communication: Keep everyone on the same page through frequent information sharing and open dialogue.
- Managing Execution: Enforce performance standards and follow up relentlessly to ensure accountability for top-quality results.
