We are looking for a Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our operations.
COMPENSATION: $35 - $45/hour based on experience - PLUS a $2,000 Sign-on Bonus
WORK SCHEDULE: Rotating shifts - 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts followed by 4 consecutive 12-hour shifts / Night shifts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform installation, upkeep, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery.
- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate daily maintenance and repair documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance and security of work tools.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Execute additional tasks as required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
- Basic skills in reading, writing, and arithmetic.
- Manual dexterity for operating machinery and computers.
- Capability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Consistent attendance for scheduled shifts is mandatory.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience or knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Electrical systems
- Mechanical systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Welding techniques
- Piping systems
COMPENSATION DETAILS:
$35 - $45 / hr
