Pharmacy Clinical Manager - Pediatrics Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Clinical Manager to join our team at Healthcare Staffing Plus. As a Pharmacy Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing pharmacy clinical programs across the healthcare spectrum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain formulary management policies and procedures
  • Design and analyze drug utilization reviews to promote rational drug therapy
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care
  • Lead and manage pharmacy clinical programs and staff

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Pharmacy Clinical/Operations Specialist
  • Minimum of 5 years of hospital/acute care pharmacy experience
  • Active Texas Pharmacist license and Active Pharmacy Consultant license
