Job Title: Account Executive - Personal Lines

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at HUB International. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing an assigned book of business, developing client relationships, and growing and retaining clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage an assigned book of business, including interacting with clients, proactive consultation, insurance program design, carrier interface, and negotiation of coverage terms and conditions.
  • Work cooperatively with Producers, if assigned, to ensure client relationships are managed competently and proactively.
  • Establish and maintain strong and productive professional relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and risk control staff.
  • Directly oversee and coordinate the delivery of all HUB services to assigned clients throughout the policy cycle.
  • Provide input and feedback to the Head of P&C on the performance of AM staff on assigned accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of related Personal Lines insurance experience (brokerage experience preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Currently licensed in good standing in required lines and states.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and various AMSs (Epic preferred).
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000, impacted by factors such as skills, experience, and working location.
  • Comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages, including health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA, and 401(k) accounts.
  • Paid-time-off benefits and eligible bonuses, equity, and commissions for some positions.
