We are in search of a meticulous and systematic Inventory Control Specialist to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and assess incoming goods and materials.
  • Authenticate and document received products in the inventory management system.
  • Tag and organize items in their designated storage locations.
  • Distribute materials and supplies to the relevant departments as required.
  • Ensure inventory precision through routine cycle counts and reconciliations.
  • Oversee inventory levels and restock as necessary.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to address any issues or discrepancies.
  • Support the establishment of inventory oversight and management protocols.
  • Prepare and maintain records related to stockroom operations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and uphold a tidy and organized stockroom environment.
  • Assist in the arrangement and enhancement of stockroom layout.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in stockroom management or inventory oversight.
  • Fundamental understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in utilizing inventory management software and systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to lift and transport heavy items.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adhere to deadlines.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
