Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Research Specialist to become a vital part of our esteemed healthcare organization. In this role, you will utilize MRI technology to support clinical research and trials, collaborating closely with medical imaging researchers to conduct high-quality MRI scans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI scanners in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Administer and oversee IV catheter placements for MRI procedures.
- Conduct DXA imaging and manage DXA machinery.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks and maintenance on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related discipline.
- A minimum of three years of experience in MRI technology.
- ARRT certification with a focus on MRI.
Skills and Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of radiological equipment operation.
