Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Manager to join our Field Operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily construction activities at our work sites, ensuring the overall progress of projects, and coordinating with contractors to deliver projects within the given budget and time frame.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily construction activities at our work sites, ensuring compliance with project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with contractors to deliver projects within the given budget and time frame, resolving any contract disputes or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with our project management team to ensure seamless project execution, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or issues.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in construction operations or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction management software, including MS Project and ProCore.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
