Compensation:

Annual salary range of $65,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and feedback.
  • Ensure prompt and courteous communication through various channels.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to navigate diverse challenges.
  • Stay informed about relevant state regulations and community governing documents.
  • Analyze financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Oversee property enhancement and construction initiatives, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Supervise administrative and maintenance staff as necessary.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Board members, residents, and service providers, and prepare for Board meetings with comprehensive management reports.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing condominiums and homeowners' associations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
