Compensation:

Annual salary range of $65,000 - $70,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and feedback.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all communications.
  • Manage time effectively to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to navigate various challenges.
  • Stay informed about state regulations and community guidelines relevant to each client.
  • Analyze financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Oversee property enhancement and construction initiatives, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Supervise administrative, maintenance, and cleaning staff as needed.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Board members, unit owners, residents, and service providers. Prepare for and conduct Board meetings, providing management reports as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing condominiums and homeowners associations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
