We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Termite Control Specialist to join our team at Terminix. As a key member of our front-line team, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding service delivery of our termite control products to valued customers.

Responsibilities
  • Verify job specifications for each work order to ensure accurate and effective treatment.
  • Prepare job sites for treatment, applying anti-termite treatments to structures according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
  • Interact with customers to explain services provided and address any concerns or questions.
  • Complete production forms documenting services provided.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; prior industry experience a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in confined spaces, such as crawl spaces and attics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups.
  • Detailed-oriented and safety-conscious, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic math skills, with ability to perform calculations related to service.
