Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, ensuring prompt delivery of parts, and executing Key Holder tasks. Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to high safety standards and comply with all safety regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons.
  • Provide accurate automotive parts solutions both at the counter and via phone.
  • Support team members with parts knowledge.
  • Bring enthusiasm to our fast-paced retail environment.
  • Greet customers and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Effectively utilize technology, cash registers, telephones, and catalog systems.
  • Promote workplace safety through regular safety meetings and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Process credit card transactions efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer pricing.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of the correct parts on the first attempt.
  • Manage timely delivery routes and handle special or back-order requests.
  • Open and close the store as a Key Holder.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED; Technical or Trade School courses or degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record required.
  • Previous experience in a parts store or automotive industry preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., handle cash transactions, and process returns.
  • Excellent verbal communication and attentive listening skills.
