As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. Your day will be filled with engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and finding solutions to exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt your style to suit their needs.
  • Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
  • Responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at once and contributing to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service.
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence, know when to escalate, and partner with the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree or 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
