A Day in the Life
">As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results. Your day will be filled with engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and finding solutions to exceed their expectations.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Welcome all customers with genuine enthusiasm, communicate clearly and concisely, and adapt your style to suit their needs.
- Use all systems to manage customer flow and deliver a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
- Responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at once and contributing to the store's achievement of Five-Star Customer Service.
- Proactively address customer concerns with confidence, know when to escalate, and partner with the leadership team.
Requirements:
">- High school diploma or equivalent degree or 1-2 years prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
