Meridian Adhesives Group - USA is on the lookout for dedicated Batch Makers for our 2nd shift operations.

Compensation: $17-19 per hour (commensurate with experience) plus an additional $0.75 for 2nd shift.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of High School or GED
  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Successful completion of Batch Maker/Compounder training
  • Capability to work autonomously
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Proficient analytical abilities
  • Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer usage
  • Ability to adhere to instructions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct equipment maintenance and inspections
  • Strictly follow batch ticket guidelines
  • Document material consumption accurately
  • Keep work area organized and clean
  • Comply with safety regulations
