We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Coordinator (m/f/d) for Occupational Safety and Occupational Medicine to join our team at Nexus Dynamics in Münster.
Your Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice to management and executives on occupational and health safety matters.
- Support the implementation of relevant occupational safety regulations and standards.
- Coordinate site inspections and ASA meetings to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and monitoring relevant documentation, including action plans, training records, and inspection lists.
- Support the implementation of necessary actions identified in inspection reports for both paid and volunteer locations.
- Develop proposals for safe work processes and areas, as well as occupational safety organization.
- Train new employees on occupational and health safety procedures.
- Collaborate with the quality management team to ensure seamless integration of safety protocols.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners in the field of occupational and health safety.
