Whether you are a seasoned agent with decades of experience or a newcomer to the field, our comprehensive training program empowers individuals to create their own lead generation strategies. Additionally, we assist you in leveraging live tour requests from our partners to boost your business growth. Our consultants frequently achieve the remarkable goal of closing 2-3 transactions per month within their initial 90 days on our team, thanks to our leads and training.
Our onboarding and training processes are unmatched. In your first 5 days with us, you will undergo an intensive onboarding experience. You will acquire a focused skill set, from converting leads to conducting outstanding buyer/seller consultations and mastering contracts - all designed to get you showing properties as soon as possible.
Expectations from You:
- Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
- Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for clients.
- Conduct property evaluations to ascertain property values for sellers.
- Be readily accessible to clients when needed.
- Maintain all systems and CRM tools with updated information from our channel partners.
