Strategic Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities
- Negotiate rights of entry, bulk sales agreements, and competitive service agreements
- Anticipate and mitigate challenges for at-risk MDU accounts
- Interface regularly with high-level clientele, including C-suite executives, property owners, and government officials
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of related sales experience within cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development
- Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem solving, and customer satisfaction skills
