Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Community Solutions sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our state-of-the-art products and services to builders and property managers of multiple dwelling unit (MDU) communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify new revenue-generating opportunities
  • Negotiate rights of entry, bulk sales agreements, and competitive service agreements
  • Anticipate and mitigate challenges for at-risk MDU accounts
  • Interface regularly with high-level clientele, including C-suite executives, property owners, and government officials

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of related sales experience within cable TV, residential property management, or real estate development
  • Superb communication, contract negotiation, strategic planning, problem solving, and customer satisfaction skills
