Job Title: Mortgage Originator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Mortgage Originator to join our team at Integrity Mortgage Group. As a Mortgage Originator, you will be responsible for generating new business, referrals, and assisting senior loan officers in creating and closing loan packages.

Key Responsibilities:

* Discuss options with senior mortgage loan officers to recommend the best home loan products for applicants based on their financial status
* Liaise between realtors, senior MLOs, underwriters, mortgage lenders, and loan processors to ensure successful loan transactions
* Consult with potential loan applicants, answer questions, and provide additional information about home loan products to build personal relationships
* Collect financial information to prepare loan files, assist applicants with loan applications, and assess their financial situation and eligibility
* Meet sales expectations, generate new business, get referrals, and monitor sales pipelines

Requirements:

* Previous experience in financial services, real estate, lending institutions, credit unions, or related fields is valuable but not required
* Willingness to complete a training program to obtain NMLS/MLO/state license
* High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree desired
* Excellent sales, relationship, communication, and MS Office skills are essential
* Understanding of loan programs guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc. is helpful but not required
