Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Clinical Leadership: Support the Director of Medical Operations by delivering exceptional clinical care, ensuring compliance with Concentra's clinical model, and driving clinical excellence.
  • Collaborate with Center Leadership: Work closely with the Center Leadership Team to identify opportunities for clinical improvement, optimize workflows, and enhance patient experience.
  • Develop and Implement Clinical Strategies: Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement clinical strategies that drive quality, safety, and patient satisfaction.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with employers, payers, referral sources, networks, and local communities to drive market growth and expand our services.
  • Manage Center Operations: Assist the Director of Medical Operations and Executive Assistant in managing center staffing, adjusting for unforeseen coverage needs, and ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Medical Degree: Must possess a medical degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current Unrestricted Medical License: Hold a current unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania.
  • Unrestricted DEA License: Possess an unrestricted DEA license for Pennsylvania.
  • CMS Registration: Be registered with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
  • DOT/FMCSA Certification: Hold DOT/FMCSA certification (preferred) or obtain it during the credentialing process.
