Logistics Director

As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a vital role in driving our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by overseeing the execution of end-to-end logistics strategies. This includes freight negotiations, contract management, and managing all aspects of our U.S.-based logistics processes and organization.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and enhance supply chain capabilities.
• Lead and manage logistics teams, including freight negotiations, contract management, and fleet optimization.
• Analyze current payload at distribution centers and devise strategies for improvement.
• Experience managing and evaluating 3PL programs, implementing best-in-class logistics/transportation management software and tools.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, cross-functional collaboration, and goal planning and execution.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, with 10+ years of experience in logistics, preferably with all-mode freight negotiations and multi-modal freight management in the US.
• 3+ years of experience in a director/leadership role, with 2+ years of direct distribution and fulfillment experience desirable.
• Understanding of Truckload, LTL, Parcel, including dedicated fleets and ocean imports.
• Experience with implementing/leveraging best-in-class logistics/transportation management software and tools.
