Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough investigations, assessments, and negotiations of insurance claims.
  • Analyze policy coverage, establish liability, and resolve claims efficiently.
  • Engage in effective communication with policyholders, witnesses, and other involved parties.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate prompt claim resolutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to policyholders throughout the claims journey.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in claims adjusting.

  • Detail-oriented with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in claims management software and tools.
