Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Randstad. As a Production Maintenance Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing mechanical and electronic repairs of all equipment, including printers, inserters, and mail sorting equipment. You will also be responsible for responding to equipment breakdowns or emergency situations with urgency, reading and interpreting technical service bulletins and manuals to develop troubleshooting plans for problems, and consistently using inventory systems and maintaining the spare parts/supply inventory.

Responsibilities:

- Perform mechanical and electronic repairs of all equipment, including printers, inserters, and mail sorting equipment.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns or emergency situations with urgency.
- Read and interpret technical service bulletins and manuals to develop troubleshooting plans for problems.
- Consistently use inventory systems and maintain the spare parts/supply inventory.

Requirements:

- Experience in maintaining and repairing high-speed automated machinery is preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems, establish priorities, and work under deadline pressures.
