Maintenance Operations Manager

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a facility in South Windsor, CT. This is a 1st shift opportunity from Monday to Friday.
The Maintenance Operations Manager will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards, and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance and effective repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership: Oversee and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance schedules, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex maintenance issues efficiently to minimize production interruptions.
Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Budget Management: Manage maintenance budgets, monitor costs, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and team performance. Provide regular reports to management.
Improvement Projects: Lead or participate in projects to improve maintenance practices, equipment efficiency, and facility upgrades.
Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols within the maintenance department, ensuring a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a maintenance or supervisory role in a manufacturing or similar industrial setting.
Education: Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Certifications: Certification in relevant maintenance practices or equipment (e.g., HVAC, electrical, mechanical) is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership abilities, mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar software is beneficial.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
