Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Associate to join our team at FedEx Ground. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on our products and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize consultative skills to understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  • Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, including printers, scanners, and other retail technology.
  • Manage cash and credit transactions, process returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized retail environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail customer service or a related field.
  • Knowledge of FedEx Ground products and services.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
