Job Overview

We are currently in search of dedicated Customer Service Coordinators to join our team.

In this role, the Customer Service Coordinator will provide essential support to both internal and external sales teams. Responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing customer loyalty through comprehensive process understanding and effective program management.
  • Managing revenue backlog according to assigned responsibilities.
  • Utilizing internal reporting systems to generate insights, analyze outcomes, and formally present findings to clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Creating instructional materials and leading customer meetings via digital platforms.
  • Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of initiatives and customer requirements.
  • Consulting proactively with sales teams to align customer commitments with organizational capabilities.
  • Demonstrating expertise in direct sales order systems, value-added services, and operational workflows.

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include a college degree and/or a minimum of three years of office experience.

  • Ability to lead and facilitate projects effectively.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently in a dynamic environment.
