Clean Harbors is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our remediation branch, you will work closely with our administration staff to support the day-to-day operations of our office.


This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in environmental construction, waste management, and administration. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, including managing purchase orders, vendor invoices, and other financial aspects of our projects.


**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Work under the guidance of administration professionals to gain experience and develop skills.
  • Assist in the development of reports, manuals, agendas, and other project documents.
  • Manage financial, disposal, and other logs required to track project progress.
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments for field and other team members.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in transportation, disposal, and data entry is preferred.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively work with peers and management.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with constant deadlines.
