As a Farmers District 31 Representative, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including individuals and businesses. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with these clients, providing them with expert advice and guidance on insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  • Develop and present insurance quotes to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products.
  • Maintain knowledge of new insurance products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
  • Prospect for new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and marketing efforts.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
  • Provide customers with additional information about new products and services, helping them to make informed decisions.
Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A Property & Casualty license is preferred but not required, with license assistance available for those who need it.
  • Must be highly self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and leadership skills.
  • Driven and goal-oriented individual, with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • No insurance experience required, but a willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential.
