The Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Site Administrator to join our team. Reporting to our VP of Tech Ops, this role will be responsible for the effective management of hardware, software, and associated technologies that support and enhance operations within our fulfillment center.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation of standard operating instructions, policies, and workflow processes
  • Ensure compliance with company and employment policies, safety policies, and guidelines
  • Manage the acquisition, setup, and networking of computers, printers, timekeeping scanners, and associated equipment
  • Manage, maintain, and enhance Wi-Fi service within the building
  • Manage RF equipment and interaction with our WMS and Inventory Management Systems
  • Manage building card readers and security camera video review and retention
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of IT administration experience
  • Experience with HighJump is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs
  • Previous experience supporting a fulfillment center is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, information systems is a plus; however, experience may be substituted for formal educational credentials (Comp TIA A+, CCNA, MTA)
