Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Agent at Courtyard by Marriott, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This includes greeting guests warmly, checking them in and out efficiently, and handling their inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will also be responsible for assisting with reservations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
