About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented LPN to join our team as a Clinical Multitasking Specialist. As a key member of our dermatology team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support to dermatology providers
  • Assist with medical and cosmetic procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for patients
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; LPN license and experience in dermatology preferred
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience and advanced proficiency with computers
  • EMR experience, preferably ModMed EMA or comparable software
  • CPR/BLS and Bloodborne Pathogen Certification preferred
  • Basic typing, computer, English, and mathematical skills
