Installation Coordinator

Securitas Technology, a leading provider of integrated security solutions, is seeking an experienced Installation Scheduler to join our team. As an Installation Scheduler, you will play a critical role in the coordination and management of electronic security installation projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Installation Technicians to ensure timely completion of customer projects, working closely with District Install Managers and Project Managers.
- Drive the installation process from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to track subcontractor schedules, arrivals, and departures.
- Review new orders for customer contact information, scope of work, and allowances.
- Act as the primary customer contact to obtain accurate completion dates and projected start dates.
- Maintain electronic installation folders and update inventory counts weekly.
- Manage changes to project scope, including impact on manufacturing, transportation, and resource scheduling.
- Own equipment-related tasks, including ordering, tracking, and processing RMAs.
- Review and submit subcontractor POs for approval and process signed CFINs in Solomon.
- Create and document action items and notes in Solomon, escalating as needed.
- Maintain installation schedules using Solomon and Atlas or other company tools.
- Assist in follow-up with labor forces via phone, email, or script format to meet customer expectations.
- Receive and process packages, order office supplies, and file packing slips in SAP.
- Send daily emails to Install and Service teams regarding parts received.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations scheduling, operations support, and/or project coordination.
- Working knowledge of installation processes and systems, including order-to-cash processes.
- Basic understanding of general construction management and coordination requirements.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other computer systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent communication skills.
