Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with battery storage system Balance of System (BoS) suppliers to enhance integration with Gotion's energy storage offerings and associated equipment.
- Perform performance modeling for Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery energy storage systems and advise clients on modeling techniques.
- Create comprehensive electrical designs for systems, including cable sizing, protective measures, grounding, and auxiliary systems.
- Support the sales department by delivering detailed energy storage system proposals and project designs.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical hardware integration or power distribution.
- Experience in energy storage, solar power, or renewable energy is highly advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of grid-connected energy storage systems, power electronics, and applicable standards.
- Strong grasp of power electronic components, design, and testing methodologies.
- Proficient in electrical engineering tools and possess strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Preference for Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensure in electrical engineering and relevant experience in specific regions.
- Familiarity with CAD software and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Advanced proficiency in the MS O365 suite.
