Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operational performance of our Lifestyle Outdoors Division, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve market share, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of regional corporate support staff and property general managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful hotel operations.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Vice President of Operations and COO to evaluate and improve overall operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Ensure a professional image and adherence to company policies and procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive regional operations leadership experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving market share, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
