Job Overview

SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced International Mobility Consultant to oversee the relocation processes of our expatriates and handle various HR responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the complete international assignment lifecycle, from the initial evaluation to repatriation, ensuring adherence to all mobility policies.

The International Mobility Consultant will play both administrative and strategic roles, assisting the organization in planning and executing essential functions such as staffing, training, and compensation management.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the full international assignment lifecycle, from initial evaluation to repatriation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
  • Coordinate all facets of international relocation, including visa and work permit applications, tax and social security compliance, housing, transportation, and settling-in services
  • Manage the assignment budget and ensure adherence to cost guidelines and policies
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to assignees and their families throughout the assignment, addressing any issues that may arise
  • Facilitate the repatriation process, including the return of property, lease terminations, and exit interviews
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, payroll, and legal teams, to ensure the seamless operation of Global Mobility programs
  • Stay informed about changes in immigration and tax regulations, industry trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive program enhancements
  • Advise management on employee relations and performance management
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs
  • Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
  • Propose new procedures and policies to continually enhance the efficiency of the HR department and improve the overall employee experience
    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 0-1+ years of relevant experience in HR and General Affairs preferred

Essential Skills:
Proficiency in Excel: Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, filters, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various benefit programs
  • Proven reliability with excellent time-management abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in English and Korean
