Job Summary

Pentegra Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Retirement Plan Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management in our clients' organizations to ensure retention of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide annual plan review meetings with clients to ensure their plans are operating in good standing.
  • Recommend and implement plan design enhancements to improve plan performance.
  • Serve as an internal client advocate, looking after the best interest of clients and participants.
  • Assist the Sales team in securing new clients and participating in generating additional fee-based revenue.
  • Coordinate relationship management activities with internal functional areas.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of retirement plan related industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, or equivalent education or work experience.
  • Expertise in Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefit plan consulting, recordkeeping, and administration.
  • Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with client senior management and Board members.
