At BridgePoint Healthcare, we are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and employees. As an Employee Health Nurse - RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our workforce.

**Job Summary:**

The Employee Health Nurse - RN is responsible for the development and administration of efficient and professional operations of employee health services. This includes all aspects of employee health services, from health promotion and education to case management and return-to-work programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement employee health programs and services to promote a healthy and safe work environment
* Conduct health assessments and provide medical care to employees as needed
* Collaborate with management and employees to identify and address health and safety concerns
* Develop and maintain accurate records of employee health information
* Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations related to employee health and safety

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of practice
* Experience in occupational health or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
