Childcare Team Lead

We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Team Lead to join our team at Learning Care Group. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children in your care. You will take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, with classroom instruction making up at least 50% of your weekly schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate and build relationships with families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center's success.
- Mentor and train new hires and fellow Teachers, creating fun and interactive learning experiences for preschool children.
- Take on the duties of Director or Assistant Director in their absence, including opening and closing the school.
- Ensure the daily care of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing all company standards.
Requirements:
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility, leading a classroom, and implementing lesson plans.
- College credits towards Early Childhood Education or Child Development degree or a CDA, preferred.
- The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
