Job Title: Development Team Lead/Project Manager
Job Summary: DecisionPoint is seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to develop and maintain software solutions for legacy applications within the ISD portfolio. The successful candidate will lead and guide the work of technical staff, serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects, and plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects
- Lead and guide the work of technical staff
- Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
- Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
- Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
Requirements:
- Active Secret clearance required
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in related field or minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification
- 6 years of experience providing technical direction and Project Management
- 3 years supervisory experience in addition to the six years of experience listed above
Desired Skills:
- Sufficient technical expertise to be considered a subject matter expert (SME) on managing an enterprise IT system
- Experience working on an Agile SCRUM Development Team
- Familiar with current Department of Defense (DoD), DHS, and USCG and ISD policies, standards, and security directives and guidelines
