Lead Roofing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Lead Roofing Technician to join our team at The Roofing Company in Hampton, VA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage roofing projects from start to finish
- Supervise and train roofing technicians
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
