As a Scaffolding Crew Lead, your responsibilities will include:
- Daily Operations: Overseeing the construction of scaffolding with a team of up to five crew members at various professional venues, including stadiums and arenas. Your work will often be showcased during televised events.
- Team Leadership: Guiding a small crew as you travel together to different job sites.
- Vehicle Management: Acting as the designated driver for your crew, ensuring safe transportation to and from job locations.
- Consistent Employment: Enjoying full-time, year-round work without uncertainty regarding future assignments.
- Work Environment: Primarily outdoor settings, allowing you to work in fresh air and sunlight.
- Travel Requirements: Expect regular overnight travel, with potential assignments lasting over 90 days.
- Travel Logistics: InProduction will arrange accommodations, typically sharing rooms with a fellow crew member, often in locations with kitchen facilities for meal preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Constructing and dismantling scaffolding, as well as installing ladders and safety railings.
- Assisting with the safe installation and removal of equipment based on project specifications.
- Conducting inspections of scaffold components prior to assembly.
- Preparing construction sites by clearing debris and materials.
- Loading and unloading equipment and materials from vehicles.
- Reviewing plans and equipment lists before on-site work begins.
- Adhering to safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Maintaining fall protection standards during scaffold assembly and disassembly.
- Ensuring tools and equipment are cleaned and properly maintained at the end of each shift.
- Striving for client satisfaction through quality service and timely project completion.
- Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet company objectives.
- Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic safety instructions.
- Previous scaffolding experience is required.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Preferred but not mandatory: Bilingual (English/Spanish).
