Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to collaborate with our team and a prominent technology client on a large-scale data center construction initiative. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in managing construction schedules for critical facilities, including both new constructions and retrofitting existing sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in regular site visits to oversee construction progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, contractors, and subcontractors on a daily basis.
  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive construction program schedule utilizing Primavera P6 and Tableau for multiple projects.
  • Ensure timely feedback on schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, and contractors is integrated into planning systems.
  • Implement project planning and scheduling strategies that align with both company and contractor expectations.
  • Work closely with project managers and construction teams to uphold schedule integrity.
  • Provide quality assurance and interface with project functional groups regarding schedule performance tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate and organize diverse schedule inputs into a master schedule platform, delivering project status reports as necessary.
  • Prepare and update progress reports for clients, including contributions to monthly project reports.
  • Conduct probabilistic analyses on integrated and contractor schedules.
  • Monitor and communicate potential project issues that may impact the schedule.
  • Perform critical path and schedule risk analyses for overall project management.
  • Analyze deviations from the baseline schedule, identifying bottlenecks and proposing corrective actions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mission-critical environments, particularly in commissioning activities, is preferred.
  • Site-level construction experience is essential, with a thorough understanding of the construction process.
  • Proficient in creating and managing large-scale construction schedules using Primavera P6.
  • A background in project controls is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing is required.
  • Ability to work independently and produce detailed schedules from limited information.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.
  • A BS Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is required; relevant experience may be considered.
  • PSP certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is beneficial.

Additional Information:
The salary range for this full-time role is $105K-$175K per year, reflecting base salary only and determined by role and level. Turner & Townsend is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.
