Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Identify, investigate, monitor, and report on healthcare-associated infections. Collaborate with various teams to develop effective infection prevention strategies and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct educational sessions and training for healthcare personnel, ensuring they are well-informed about best practices in infection control.
- Facilitate the orientation process for newly hired nursing staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
