Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Chico's FAS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales - Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Customer Service - Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Visual Merchandising - Participate in visual directives, including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.
  • Replenishment - Assist with replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Retail or sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
