We are seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist to join our team at VIABILITY, Inc. in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Rhode Island, and Oklahoma.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and expand employment opportunities for individuals with mental health or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Work closely with our team to develop and implement employment strategies that support our mission.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in employment support or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use computers, including Microsoft Word, data entry, email, and internet essential.
• Willingness to network and showcase relationship building skills.
• Ability to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices, and community organizations.
