Key Responsibilities
  • Case manage and develop employment relationships between clients and community employers, providing access to employment, job training, and educational opportunities.
  • Work closely with State funding sources in a collaborative team approach to ensure seamless support for our clients.
  • Assist clients with job seeking skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, travel training, and job etiquette.
  • Develop and implement vocational guidance, job development, job placement, job coaching, and customer relations with employers.
Requirements
  • High School/GED or Hi-SET plus 1-2 years related experience OR Associate's degree plus 1 year related experience and/or training.
  • One year of human service experience desired.
  • Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
